Where Dragons Live

By Suzanne Raes

A Co-Production with Ilja Roomans from Docmakers, Netherlands Film Funded and Supported by Screen Scotland. Worldwide sales handled via Film Harbour.

Where the Dragons Live follows a charming, arch-British upper-class family in Oxfordshire, during their last summer in their enchanted ancestral home. Between the clutter and the boxes, the siblings find themselves haunted by the memories of their late parents: a dragon-obsessed father and an exacting mother, and the esoteric collections of objects they left behind. A heartwarming story about family, with a dash of dragon's blood and a bit of fairytale magic.

Dragons received its World Premiere at Sheffield Doc Fest 2024 and will be screening at CPH: Dox in March 2025. Where Dragons Live was also recently picked up by Verve Pictures along with Randan’s feature film, “A Night Like This”, and and will be released in cinemas UK-wide in April 2025.
